You must be at least 13 years of age to use Lzecher. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating a memorial page.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including biographies and memorial details. By posting content on Lzecher, you grant us a license to display it on the platform. All content must be respectful, accurate, and appropriate. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the platform or use it for any purpose other than organizing Torah learning; submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security of the service; use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform; or upload content that is offensive, hateful, or disrespectful to the memory of the departed.

Content Moderation

All memorial pages are subject to review before publication. Our moderation process ensures that content is respectful, accurate, and appropriate. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion, including but not limited to content that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or violates these Terms. Users whose content is rejected will be notified with a reason for the decision.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the service.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Lzecher is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Lzecher is a platform for organizing Torah learning and is not a halachic authority.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
